胎教?

被朋友問到個問題
因為我不是pediatrician (neonatologist)
也不是obstetrician
所以想po上來請教專家前被

A. 胎教是否有助益? 應該如何做胎教?
是否有scientific evidence?
醫學文獻又應該如何查因為我pubmed查不到, 甚至不知道從何keyword著手

B. 聽說最近還有流行很多尚在infancy，例如6個月大的的小孩，
就帶去團体課程成長班

例如說媽媽帶著嬰兒聽音樂跳舞，
嬰兒當然不可能會跳，所以就是媽媽抓著嬰兒的手腳比手劃腳飛來飛去
或者去游泳按摩之類的

我用prenatal external stimuli當作keyword搜尋pubmed
只看到一個相關的德國做的study

Z Geburtshilfe Perinatol. 1987 Jul-Aug;191(4):154-61.
[Controlled acoustic and photic stimulation of the fetus in the last pregnancy trimester].

他用不同頻率的以及交替的聲音去刺激胎兒
發現胎兒的動作沒有什麼差別
不過看他citation的其他文章，似乎是想用external sound刺激去評估胎兒的健康程度

其實也不是在說胎教
所以, pubmed我的搜尋徒勞無功
所以請教專家
