少年燒燙傷! 父淚控署金拒後送

兩個月前，金門有一位14歲國中生全身燒燙傷，心急的父親連忙將他送往署立金門醫院，但署金沒有燒燙傷中心，家屬希望能夠後送治療，想不到署金的急診室醫師以太晚為由，拒絕立即後送，導致少年的傷勢惡化到百分之41的二至三度燒燙傷，病患的爸爸出面控訴醫師處理不當，聲淚俱下，要衛生署給個交代。
烤肉遭到酒精膏灼傷，14歲的翁同學全身穿著隔離衣，隨便一個動作，都讓他小小的身體，承受著痛苦地煎熬，看到金孫如此痛苦，阿嬤心如刀割，對於署立金門醫院當初的冷漠態度，更是難以忍受，她說孫子都傷得這麼重了，署金就是不願意在第一時間後送台灣本島，甚至在家屬自行聯絡到三總，要後送金孫到台灣治療的時候，還遭到刻意刁難。
不願後送的醫師就是他，署立金門醫院主治醫師，陳義榮，他認為當時夜間飛行只有直機可以搭載，但是直機艙壓不穩定，可能導致傷勢惡化，所以他堅持隔天再送，而署立金門醫院則是低調不願多加回應，只是看著翁同學，現在穿著隔離衣痛苦的模樣，家屬實在很難接受醫院的處理方式。

採取直升機後送或民航機轉送之選擇的考量點：
病人處理穩定之後，家屬（祖母）提出希望安排直昇機後送，當時處置醫師從實際面評估後，覺得
1.預估直昇機飛行時間約二個小時，若加上申請作業程序，約需四至五小時才會完成轉診，若以民航機運送，約一個小時左右。
2.直升機夜航方面在安全性上會有比較多的考量，若以民航機飛行相對安全之考量下，可選擇較安全的民航機。
3.假若是以直升機運送的話，到達台北時間約為凌晨四、五點，若以民航機轉送的話，到達時間約為上午九時30分 (此為實際上抵達松山機場，由隨行護理人員回報)。經過醫師的解釋，病患父親及另一位家屬 (比較年輕) 也認同民航機比較安全，同時病人病情在經過上述醫療處置後，也持續穩定，故決定採民航機轉送。
