〔自由時報記者羅正明／桃園報導〕最近網路流傳一篇醫療糾紛PO文，但經過眾多網友轉載後，情節逐漸和原始PO文失真，有人還加油添醋把PO文內避去的桃園縣內的壢新醫院名稱、負責人名字陸續加進，但院方查無這件就診紀錄，昨天決定控告轉貼的網友，希望網友對言論負責。

原始版本未提 網友陸續加錯誤資料

PO文原始版本最早出現在十五天前，原文是「中壢市某國中游姓同學日前肚子疼痛，到中壢市一家醫院急診治療，家屬質疑醫院誤診」。

這篇文章經過眾多網友轉貼，陸續加入「壢新醫院」、醫院負責人「張煥禎」的名字，最後甚至加上「張煥禎要求撤下網路PO文」等字句。

院方人員指出，他們慎重查完所有就診紀錄，確定沒有游姓同學在壢新醫院治療一事，原始PO文也沒提到和壢新醫院有關的任何用字。

院方表示，壢新醫院在平鎮市，不是網友指稱的中壢市，錯誤版本張冠李戴，甚至轉貼子虛烏有的PO文，因此決定控告轉貼的網友。

院方搜尋後，初步發現至少有四個論壇轉貼錯誤版本，包括卡提諾、QOOS、94im就是愛美時尚美容網站、生活格子等論壇，轉貼者的暱稱都是一長串的英文字母，人數仍待統計，有人可能已刪除貼文，但透過ＩＰ追蹤，仍可追查出曾經轉貼過的網友名單。

壢新醫院院長黃忠智說，已委託律師控告轉貼網友妨害名譽，捍衛院方及負責人的名譽，提醒網友對自己的網路PO文負責，不要任意轉貼未經查證的內容，以免觸法。
