促交流 兩岸執業醫師聯盟成立

(中央社記者王淑芬高雄25日電)不少台籍醫師赴中國大陸執業，他們從換照到執業衍生不少問題；「大陸台灣執業醫師聯盟」今天成立，將強化交流協助解決問題。

高雄市醫師公會理事長林正泰出席成立大會，他說，以高雄市約3500名醫師數比上人口數，平均1名醫生服務300到400名患者，這樣的服務對象數無法讓醫師發揮所長；他認為1名醫生應該服務5000名患者，所以很多醫生希望有機會到大陸發展。

林正泰說，很多想到大陸發展的醫界人士處處碰壁，從開始換證起就面臨很大的問題，他希望有好的交流平台可以弭平衍生的爭議；他支持成立大陸台灣執業醫師聯盟，減少醫界交流產生的問題。

台灣兩岸醫療事務交流協會理事長吳一昌說，有些醫學美容和牙醫師送件申請換證，取得到大陸執業的機會，但也有很多申請案難關重重；或是醫師到了對岸執業兩年後又面臨另一次換照，讓很多執業醫師感到困擾。

與會者還有高雄市醫檢師公會理事長蔡忠義、生技公司負責人等，都希望透過新的醫界交流平台，增進兩岸醫界交流。1010925
