日學者：日本身陷9大危機 5年內國家走向毀滅

中新網引述《工人日報》消息，據日本媒體 19 日報導，日本在釣魚島問題上鋌而走險的同時，國內問題早已堆積如山。最新出版的日本《SPA》雜誌稱， 9 名日本不同領域的著名學者、評論家忍無可忍，甚至聯合發表了《日本滅亡通知》，指出日本有 9 處致命傷將使國家走向毀滅，而時限僅為 5 年。

一、地震：日本地震學者木村政昭表示，「311 日本大地震」之後，日本民衆一直生活在對地震的恐懼心理之中。「富士山噴發」、「首都直下型地震」、「東海、南海大地震」等等預測，均指出 5 年之內日本將再次發生重大自然災害。每場大災害都會波及幾十萬民衆的安全。

二、橋下政權：日本《國會新聞》副總編輯宇田川敬介稱，如果是一個有「國家觀念」的政治家，起碼要在中央集權的大範圍內考慮「地域主權」問題。而大阪維新會代表橋下徹，心裏想的只是怎樣才能讓大阪勝過東京。如果讓他的新黨當政， 5 年之內日本將在「地域主權」的思想下，喪失國防能力。

三、國債暴跌：日本經濟觀察家中原圭介稱，日本是世界最大的「借金國家」之一。雖然最近通過了增稅法案，使眼前的危機暫時被避免，但另一個危機正悄悄降臨，那就是日本將成為「經常赤字國」。 2011 年起，日本的貿易收支開始轉向大幅赤字。而究其原因，又與國家的能源政策有著緊密關聯。再過 3 年至 5 年，日本將會習慣自己的「赤字國」身份。

四、電費：從 9 月 1 日起，東京電力公司將家庭電費增加 8.46% 。這筆錢除了被用在購買火力發電原料外，更多地是被用於核事故賠償、以及核電站廢爐上。政府測算，目前這兩項支出共需資金 5.5 兆日元。但日本經濟評論家町田徹指出，如想徹底完結此事，則最少需要 200 兆日元資金。到那時，每戶家庭平均每月電費將達到 3.6 萬日元 (約合 3000 元人民幣)。

五、食品價格：日本農產品流通市場觀察員山本謙治稱，福島核事故後，日本近海海産品減産，市場信心也大幅下降。加上全世界範圍內大豆等穀物價格高漲，日本 6 成食品依靠國外進口，使得國內食品價格大幅上漲。 5 年之內，食品價格將達到目前的 1.5 倍。

六、婚育：統計顯示， 2010 年日本 50 歲以下男性中，「一生不婚」的人數比例達到 20.14% 。日本社會學者山田昌弘稱， 5 年之內，這個數位將可能上升至 30% 。也就是說日本 1/3 男性一生都不會結婚。與此相比，日本女性與外國人結婚的越來越多，而且多在結婚後遷居國外。

七、大腦：日本腦科學家澤口俊之稱，目前在美國，一種被稱為 ASPD (反社會性人格障礙) 的病症已經成了嚴重的社會問題。這種病症在日本也開始蔓延，會侵害幼兒大腦，導致其注意力缺陷和多動症。據統計，日本近 6 成以上幼兒或多或少患有 CD 症 (行為障礙) ，而這些人中又有近 6 成患有 ASPD。

八、教育：明治大學文學部副教授內藤朝雄稱，目前日本的教育出現了結構問題。這也是學校內欺負同學現象多發的主因之一。如果 5 年內不破除現有的「學籍制度」，即讓所有學生都在平等環境下接受教育，因被欺負而自殺的學生人數會越來越多，甚至會蔓延到成人社會。

九、雇傭：一家獨立新聞網站的主編渡邊正裕稱，日本經濟不景氣，生產成本高，導致國內工廠大量關閉，公司爭相遷往國外。日本勞動人口數正不斷減少。而國內的大量勞動崗位，也在逐漸被外來廉價勞動力取代。 5 年之內，日本的雇傭問題將成為最大的國民問題。

每一處致命傷都無法被治癒的主要原因，都可歸結爲「政治無能」。而這種無能的主因，就是日本國民對政治的不關心。在這一點上，日本的有識之士是很羡慕中國的。
