〔中央社〕檢調偵辦陳姓精神科醫師涉嫌詐領健保費逾新台幣300萬元，陳男等人昨晚遭約談並移送檢察官漏夜複訊後，今晨依詐欺罪嫌，諭令陳男及其妻各以15萬元交保、胞妹及胞弟也獲交保。

陳姓醫師等4人接受偵訊時，皆否認涉及不法，檢察官訊後，依詐欺罪嫌，諭令陳男及其妻各以15萬元交保、胞妹以8萬元交保，胞弟則以1萬元交保。

檢調查出，在新北市新莊區經營老人養護中心的陳姓醫師，自民國97年1月到去年9月間，涉嫌盜刷老人的健保卡，3年來以不實看診紀錄詐領逾300萬元健保費。健保局去年9月間稽核時，察覺有異，向檢調單位函請偵辦。

辦案人員查出，陳姓醫師偕妻子在新北市新莊區開設1家精神科診所及2家老人養護中心，由胞弟掛名安養中心負責人，並安插胞妹在中心內擔任護士。

板橋地檢署檢察官昨天指揮新北市調處兵分4路搜索診所、養護中心及醫師住處，查扣電腦資料、病歷等證物，並以被告身分帶回陳姓醫師、邱姓妻子及胞弟、胞妹共4人到案，同時傳訊已離職的2名護士作證，並於深夜移送檢方複訊。

新北市新莊區陳炯鳴精神科診所涉嫌與他弟弟陳智鳴經營的兩家老人養護中心合作，以不實病歷向健保局詐領至少三百萬元的健保費。檢調昨天搜索診所和養護中心，帶回陳炯鳴兄弟及陳炯鳴的太太、妹妹等四人；陳炯鳴說，他沒犯法，這一切都是誤會。

檢調指出，健保局查核發現，位在新莊區的陳炯鳴精神科診所最近三年多來，經常出現短時間內病患就診次數爆增，依刷卡時間來看，不少病患看診時間還不到一分鐘，懷疑醫師未看診，有詐領健保費之嫌，函請調查局新北市調處調查。

檢調蒐證發現，許多到陳炯鳴診所看診的老人，都來自他弟弟陳智鳴經營的大大、宏安老人養護中心；陳炯鳴疑與弟弟合作，取走養護中心老人的健保卡後密集刷卡，但實際上並未看診，以不實的病歷資料詐領健保費。

板橋地檢署昨天指揮市調處，搜索陳炯鳴精神科診所、陳智鳴的兩家老人養護中心等地點，查扣大批病歷等相關資料，帶回陳炯鳴兄弟及陳炯鳴太太邱富蘭、妹妹陳慧萍等四人，並傳訊兩名證人。陳炯鳴等人強調確實有為病患看診，否認詐領健保費。
