程建人性侵疑案 警搜出關鍵衛生紙

前外交部長程建人性侵疑案，警方掌握關鍵證據「一團衛生紙」，女主角宣稱與程有關，目前已送驗，結果出爐就能釐清兩人關係。據指出，女主角曾任老師已離婚，育有一子，報案後曾帶警方到某處搜索。

據悉，案發後，警方第一次傳訊，程建人未到，僅由律師出面。由於律師不了解細節，第二次程才由律師陪同到案說明。程只強調並未「性侵」，但對兩人是否有性交及交往，並未正面答覆。警方已掌握衛生紙、兩人到餐廳用餐的錄影畫面，也將衛生紙送驗比對ＤＮＡ。

由於女主角在社區狀況不少，鄰居多對性侵傳聞難以置信；但女子在警訊時，的確形容出程臥室模樣，且表示去年就和程交往，進而發生性關係，但上月開始程卻逐漸疏遠。她查訪原來是程的妻子要從國外回來，所以程要「切乾淨」，當下讓她覺得自己好像「發洩品」，氣不過才向警方報案。

女子還供稱，程妻回國後，彼此曾通過電話，但氣氛十分火爆，程妻用不堪的字眼辱罵她，這也是她會上警局控訴程建人性侵的原因之一。

但該女子還是對某些情節交代不清，如女子指控程建人要脅她不能把兩人關係公開，並威脅公布她的裸照等等，以及何時何地被拍下裸照、發生爭執等，女子第一時間都無法說明白。

至於衛生紙是否有程建人的精液仍不得而知。若女子控訴遭程性侵，卻拿不出證據，極可能會吃上誣告官司；另一方面，若精液的確證實為程建人所有，程可能就得解釋「兩人關係是不是僅止於鄰居那麼簡單」。

對於女主角提及兩人一度交往，程的委任律師柯君重認為，倘若說法屬實，這與性侵有何關聯？不過，柯也說，兩人是否交往或認識多久，屬私領域，他並不清楚，也無法回答。有關警方掌握關鍵證據「一團衛生紙」，則表示，一切已進入司法程序，就交由司法裁判。

士林地檢署昨指出，該案昨分案後交由婦幼專組檢察官偵辦，檢察官閱卷後，會再針對疑點，傳喚雙方當事人到案釐清案情；襄閱主任檢察官顏迺偉指出，檢察官昨早才拿到警局移送的卷宗，目前無法對外做出說明。
