來台健檢醫美 衛生署將逐步開放

　今年初衛生署修正公布，只要是公告核可從事健檢醫美的醫療機構，都可以直接以「健檢醫美」為事由，向移民署代申請大陸地區人民來台進行健檢醫美，未來衛生署也將逐步開放申請，讓更多品質優良的醫療機構經政府認可後都可更方便的帶進客源。

　陸客來台使用醫美、健檢服務日漸蓬勃，為替台灣醫療服務業者創造更有利的環境，一直以來對觀光醫療態度保守的衛生署在政策上也放寬了許多，再加上大陸信用卡在台推行設刷卡機制等等，大大提升了大陸人士來台接受健檢醫美的便利性。

　致力推廣台灣醫療服務的外貿協會，因應政策的開放，更積極協助醫療業者進軍海外市場，今年第一季貿協已協助轉介平台帶入50團陸客來台健檢醫美，亦促成華航與新光、秀傳、義大的套裝合作方案；另接待來自加拿大的CMN Global Inc.來台洽談，後續預計可帶進500萬美元商機。

　健檢醫美療程期間原來只能停留一天半，為配合陸客需求增加3天停留時間，讓他們可以在台短期旅遊及消費購物，一次來台最長可停留15天。

　陸客消費方式也漸趨多元，中國銀聯卡已與台灣聯合信用卡中心合作，包括台灣北、中、南部的許多醫院、診所都已跟進設置銀聯卡系統，即使是金額較高的高階健檢醫美項目，陸客也可輕鬆刷卡消費，刺激衝動性購買的慾望。

　大陸繼2011年6月底開放北京、上海及廈門3個城市自由行後，預計2012年上旬將再開放第二波8個自由行的試點城市，包括天津、南京、廣州、杭州、成都、重慶、濟南、西安，大陸與台灣雙方交流頻繁，台灣溫馨親切的醫療服務適合國外人士以個人或小團體的自由行方式體驗，政府也積極在海外宣傳台灣醫療形象，希望未來更多海外人士能前來台灣享受深具台灣特色的醫療服務。
