【簡銘柱、林媛玲╱台北報導】新北市一名身障女書記官，2年前搭復康巴士上班，使用升降梯上車時，因司機操作疏失讓她不慎連同代步車摔落地面，造成背、頸部挫傷，她除控訴司機傷害外，今年又向司機、新北市交通局、伊甸基金會等單位民事求償4428萬元，讓肇事司機不知所措。交通局昨說：「積極爭取傷者權益，如有連帶疏失會負責到底。」

女書記官林之（50歲）是重度小兒麻痺患者，原本在台北地院擔任書記官，月薪約3萬3000元，2010年5月受傷後申請公傷假在家休養至今；遭判刑3個月的復康巴士司機章樂群（50歲），已服務3年多，月薪約3萬元，林女提出民事4428萬元的天價求償金，讓他無法接受，直呼「太誇張了！」

「現在每天復健」
章男說，他當天上午7時許，原本駕駛的無障礙巴士損壞，公司安排另輛巴士讓他載林之上班，到達台北地院時，未料卻因使用升降梯不慎，林之連同代步車摔落地面，他趕緊將林送醫。
林女因背部、頸部挫傷，隨即申請公傷假2年，並控訴章男業務過失傷害，今年初她又對章男、新北市交通局、伊甸基金會與台灣福祉科技求償，包括醫療費用、工作損失等金額總計4428萬元。
林之昨接受《蘋果》採訪表示，「金額是律師算的，意外發生後我經常住院，現在每天復健。」並強調對方沒誠意和解，經過4個月才來探視，「進入刑事程序後他們才來談和解。」
伊甸基金會事業發展處處長王昭恕表示：「事後探視林之3次，並付給近13萬元醫療費，另外申請3次調解林卻未出面。」強調有誠意和解。新北市交通局副局長陳文瑞回應，坦承司機操作疏失導致林女受傷，本周四將派員出席調解會，如有連帶疏失交通局將負責到底。

律師：金額過高
律師廖芳萱表示，刑事部分司機被判刑3個月，研判被害人傷勢應屬輕微，認為求償金額明顯過高，「判賠30萬元以下較為合理。」
