今日最驚奇:
北市某大醫院院長來弊院演講"醫療人員的困境與對策",​ 提到"血汗醫院"的議題時, 說 "過勞死" 最大的責任在自己, 因為當身心俱疲時 ----- "自己可以踩煞車", "自己應該要學會找機會休息" ...
醫療人員受到委曲就認了, 反正大家早就麻痺了; 最讓我驚訝的他竟然最後說: "所以過勞死和貧窮一樣, 最大的責任都在自己!"
喔, 我的天ㄚ!!! 做到院長的人竟然完全不懂社會學, 他可能也認為能當到院長完全是他自己努力的功勞. 也難怪醫師的社會地位每況愈下, 在健保制度下醫療先進們最重要的任務是求生存與照顧好財​團的利益; 而在醫學教育中, 研究與服務的價值也遠比對弱勢族群的人道關懷要來的大的​多.

記得當R的時候
有一天值班值到昏頭、心悸
還被CR叫去拉勾
偶當場拒絕、踩煞...

結果是罰不能進開刀房 -- 忘了幾天，後來因為人手不足，提前假釋

以前實習時GS每晚開整夜的急診刀
都是CR主刀
CR只有2位
可說是QOD睡覺
可是他還是體諒我們
如果不需要太多人拉鉤
就叫我們回去睡覺
