高鐵每週將減126班 董事長殷琪不支薪

（中央社記者汪淑芬台北27日電）全球經濟衰退影響各行各業，台灣高鐵公司也不得不開源節流，今天宣布3月16日起，每週減少126班次，同時董事長停止支薪、高層主管分別減薪20%至10%。


台灣高鐵表示，3月16日起，現行每週發車班次將從942班調整為816班，總計每週減少126班次，減少比例為13.37%，這也是高鐵營運2年來，首次實施減班計畫。


台灣高鐵新班表車次調整重點如下：


（一）每天雙向發車130至142班次，調整為每天發車106至134班次，其中平日（週一至週四）少100班次，比例為19.08%；假日（週五至週日）少26班，比例為6.22%。


（二）調整後營運列車班表，原則維持每小時發出2班「台北—左營」沿途停靠各站模式列車，並加上1班「台北—板橋—台中—左營」或「台北—板橋—台中—嘉義—台南—左營」停靠模式列車。


（三）週一至週四取消的列車班次，南下列車取消時段分佈在上午8時至晚間19時，北上列車取消時段分佈在上午7時至晚間21時，平均每小時取消1至2班次列車。


（四）週一至週四旅客較多時段（上午7時至10時，以及晚間20時），高鐵維持每小時發出4班列車，包括2班「台北—左營」沿途停靠各站模式列車，以及2班「台北—板橋—台中—左營」停靠模式列車。旅客較少時段（上午11時至下午16時30分），維持每小時發出2班「台北—左營」沿途停靠各站模式列車。


（五）週五至週日每日取消6班至12班次列車。


台灣高鐵發薪日是每月月底，台灣高鐵今天也宣布董事長殷琪2月起停止支領薪資，3月起110名主管將減薪，執行長及執行副總各減20%，副總經理及協理級員工各減15%，經理級員工減10%。


台灣高鐵表示，目前暫無實施無薪假，但將全面檢視既有人力配置，並做必要的人力精簡。980227

In a matter of months, however, Albus's own fame had begun to eclipse that of his father. By the end of his first year he would never again be known as the son of a Muggle-hater, but as nothing more or less than the most brilliant student ever seen at the school. Those of us who were privileged to be his friends benefited from his example, not to mention his help and encouragement, with which he was always generous. He confessed to me later in life that he knew even then that his greatest pleasure lay in teaching.
