兒童藥粉 也該取消給付

健保署表示明年元旦起，分裝藥品健保將不再給付。

分裝藥品存在劑量不準確、有效期限不明白、潛在汙染風險等諸多問題，健保署不給付分裝藥舉措，實為提升病患用藥品質之舉，值得肯定。分裝藥將不給付，兒童藥磨粉也當如此。

不過，幼兒因為體重較輕，往往一粒藥丸，只要磨了粉，就至少可以分三到四次使用，藥費算起來，更比同成分的兒童製劑便宜；因此，在部分醫療院所，即使有原瓶口服液劑可選，也不給孩子用。

再者，並非所有兒童可用藥品之常用規格量，皆符合臨床需求，健保署仍須請廠商依據兒童的臨床需要，生產可選用原瓶口服液劑或劑型。過渡期間，可以就現有原瓶口服液劑可選的同成分藥品先下手，即兒童若服用非整粒劑量便不予給付，方可將分裝藥不給付的德政也落實在國家未來的主人身上。

在我這裡，8成家長是不喜歡藥水的。很簡單，喝多幾次就飽到吐了，特別是從朔膠醫院ER拿3,4罐藥水回來的，會噁心。這樣取消藥粉我個人是覺得最後反彈的應是家長。我是覺得讓健保局去宣導試試看，個人會想看結果。
