前女友要訂婚… 性愛影片傳給她親友

〔社會新聞中心／台北報導〕最爛情人！鄭姓室內設計師見無法挽回前女友，竟選在她訂婚前夕，以臉書散發2人性愛影片給前女友的親友、同事，影片還流入國外色情網站，讓被害人身心受創，連承辦檢警都憤慨說：「沒看過這麼惡劣的人！」

檢警調查，被害女子2年前，發現交往中的40歲鄭嫌劈腿，便主動提分手，但鄭嫌不久跟劈腿對象分開，認為前女友才是自己深愛的人，2年來不斷以打電話、發簡訊，甚至到被害人公司、住所守候，希望挽回這段情，但都遭拒絕。

今年7月間，鄭嫌獲悉被害人即將跟男友訂婚，竟醋勁大發，涉嫌先建立新的臉書帳號，再加入被害人親友、同事臉書，在臉書內po上2人交往期間，在國外旅遊錄下的性愛影片。

被害人在親友告知後，心情非常沮喪、低落，深怕鄭嫌有其他性愛影片，自己再遭到傷害，即向警方報案。

檢警日前赴鄭嫌位在北市南港區的租屋處搜索，查扣2人留存的性愛影片、電腦、硬碟、手機等贓證物，鄭嫌被帶回偵訊時痛哭失聲說：「我因為愛，鑄下大錯！」懊悔不已，全案依妨害秘密、妨害風化罪嫌送辦。
