東莞台心醫院 向在陸台生招手

　東莞台心醫院向大陸台生招手！大陸第5所台商獨資醫院「東莞台心醫院」年底即將正式營運，院方表示正在招兵買馬中，希望招聘在大陸學醫的台生，尤其西醫「多多益善」。

　各項費用皆補助

　東莞台心醫院籌備經理黃梁榮25日表示，台心醫院是大陸繼旺旺集團湖南長沙醫院、上海辰新醫院、廈門長庚醫院和南京明基醫院後第5所台商獨資醫院，但前4家以單一財團為主，而台心醫院是東莞中小台商集資成立，且是珠三角第一家，也是唯一一家台資醫院。

　黃梁榮說，台灣還不承認大陸醫事學歷，院方以大陸醫事台生為招聘對象，除了希望提供台生舞台，另一方面也希望引進台灣管理模式，「大陸醫療技術其實不輸台灣，尤其外科操刀機會多，技術都不錯；但對人的關懷比台灣差很多，吸納台生是希望能延續台灣醫療的服務精神。」此外，從成本考量，台籍醫師回台受訓也方便很多。

　薪資方面，黃梁榮說，台心是新醫院，為了吸引人才，起薪會比一般醫院稍高，將比照大陸中級醫師敘薪。過去外界認為大陸醫師月薪只有2、3000元（人民幣，下同）是錯誤印象，「現在大概要乘以10！」

　考到中級職稱的主治醫師至少1萬元起跳，考到副主任職稱約有2、3萬，4~5萬也有可能。此外，食衣住行甚至返台交通費都考慮補助。

　西醫為急切需求

　至於人力需求方面，黃梁榮表示，台心是比照大陸三甲醫院規格的綜合醫院，需要各類專科的醫師，不過目前投遞履歷的人多以中醫為主，「其實我們更需要西醫，尤其內、外、婦、兒等科！」

　東莞台心醫院位於東城牛山村，占地面積228.6畝，目前已完成第1期規畫600床，全部3期共1800床，未來服務對象將面向所有東莞市民及珠三角台胞，希望打造兩岸醫療交流平台。

　黃梁榮表示，未來將從台灣聘請知名的醫師坐鎮，除了負責臨床醫療之外，主要還是教學培訓新進的醫師，「有經驗的台灣知名醫學教授，將會成為台心醫院的教學骨幹團隊。」
