陸學者發現致胖菌 消除可減肥

（中央社記者蔡素蓉北京29日電）上海交通大學教授趙立平領導的實驗室發現人體致胖的病菌，透過營養配方干預減少病菌後，患者體重在近半年內減少了51.4公斤。

中國大陸中國青年報今天報導，趙立平實驗室13日在國際微生物生態學會會刊ISME Journal上發表論文，提出上述發現。

趙立平的實驗室臨床研究發現，在一位175公斤肥胖患者腸道裡，過度生長一種可產生「內毒素」的條件致病菌，占患者腸道總菌量逾1/3。

實驗室透過一種特殊設計的營養配方予以干預後，患者腸道裡這種病菌數量很快下降到檢測不出來的水準，患者體重則在將近半年裡下降51.4公斤，高血糖、高血壓和高血脂等症狀也恢復正常。

趙立平的博士生費娜把這個細菌分離出來，注射到到無菌小鼠體內，則造成了嚴重肥胖症和糖尿病的早期症狀的胰島素抵抗。

報導說，人體腸道裏大約有1000種細菌，統稱為腸道菌群，總重量約有1.5公斤，其細胞總數量是人體自身細胞總數10倍。

自1908年諾貝爾獎獲得者梅契尼柯夫（ElieMetchnikoff）提出，腸道菌群產生的毒素，是人體衰老和得病的主因以來，是微生物學家一直關注此問題，想找出真正致病細菌。

趙立平實驗室發現這種病菌，能讓本來吃高脂飼料也吃不胖的無菌小鼠產生嚴重肥胖症，引發炎症和胰島素抵抗，也可以關閉消耗脂肪需要的基因、激活合成脂肪的基因，這就是國際上一直在尋找的能引起肥胖的細菌。

報導說，沿著這個方向深入探討，可以闡明腸道菌群如何與飲食互作，引起肥胖和糖尿病的機制，有望發展出以腸道菌群為標靶點，預防和治療肥胖、糖尿病的新方法。1011229

小弟覺得不需要以人廢言啦
人家很有誠意的把菌株Enterobacter cloacae strain B29的 sequence都放上gene bank
做到這份上 已經不錯啦
且說不定寫信去跟他們索取 他們也會願意把這菌株分享給我們

要拿諾貝爾獎還差一點啦
若作者把B29吞下肚子去 體重因而變胖 再把這菌幹掉 就讓體重減輕 加上大部分的胖子腸道內都有這株菌
這樣就有機會一拚諾貝爾獎

畜牧業之所以大量使用抗生素的誘因 其一就是了施用抗生素後動物長(肥)得比較快
最近的研究發現嬰兒使用過抗生素 幼兒期肥胖的機會比較高
老鼠實驗也證實低劑量(sub-therapeutic doses)或therapeutic dose的抗生素會讓體脂肪比例增加
原因可能是抗生素改變腸道菌落 進而影響肝臟對脂肪(特別是TG)的代謝

這裡的盲點其實蠻多的 有時候到底是減重導致腸道菌落改變 或是腸道菌落改變導致減重 或是都有? 其實很難講清楚

類似的例子如：果糖吃多容易NAFLD 當然人家會這麼說也是有生化學的理論依據
果糖同時也會改變腸道菌落 讓某些腸道菌長得好 某些長不好
腸道菌落的改變可能會直接影響到NAFLD形成 或間接改變腸道內皮的通透而導致肝臟慢性發炎反應 進而造成NAFLD
