易姓女子去年5月陪患有C肝的公公到桃園張松齡診所注射排毒針，事後易女提告指控護士不慎刺到她手指，害她感染C肝，向張松齡及護士連帶求償139萬元，但易女沒有證據，因此高等法院判易女敗訴定讞。

易姓女子去年5月陪罹患C型肝炎的公公到桃園張松齡診所注射排毒針，事後易女提告指控護士打針後，請她幫忙壓住公公的注射處止血，不料，護士手中使用過的針頭卻不慎刺到她手指，害她感染C肝。
易女控訴，依衛生署網站資訊，C肝患者至少60%會變成慢性肝炎，其中20%會肝硬化，而肝硬化患者每年3~5%會罹患肝癌，因而向張松齡及護士連帶求償工作損失及精神慰撫金共139萬元。張松齡及護士則辯稱，注射後拔出針頭即放置治療椅下方盤子並貼上膠布，不可能扎到易女。

【判決】無證據顯示誤扎
高等法院認定，注射過C型肝炎患者的針頭若刺到他人，確實可能傳染C肝，且易女多次檢查報告，也顯示陪公公打針後才罹患C肝，但因易女公公證稱，護士叫易女幫忙壓住注射處止血期間，沒有聽到媳婦說被針頭刺到，故認易女雖罹患C肝，但無法證明護士手中針頭誤刺易女，判易女敗訴定讞。
