獸醫好賺不怕訴訟？錯誤觀念

以往較不受重視的獸醫系近年崛起，許多家長與學生認為，獸醫的收入豐厚，無醫療訴訟之險，但中興大學獸醫系指出，這些都是錯誤的觀念。

興大獸醫系今年最低錄取達七十二級分、最高七十四級分，幾乎與台大獸醫系平起平坐，且已可進入私校醫學系。

興大獸醫系主任董光中表示，曾有電視媒體播出錯誤資訊，指獸醫月收入高達五十萬元到一百萬元；人醫經常被告，獸醫不會被告，讓許多家長與學生逐漸對獸醫產生興趣。但這些都是錯誤觀念。

他指出，獸醫系畢業生起薪約二萬五千元到三萬五千元，累積資歷後可參與分紅，平均月薪約七萬元。若自己開業，收入可能不到七萬元，但不可能達五十萬元。

「動物的生命權最重要，必須以動物福利為優先！」董光中說，沒有這樣的認知，就不要念獸醫系。近年推甄過程中，確實有不少學生與家長以為獸醫很好賺，他會告知實情；今年興大獸醫系錄取廿三人，最後七人沒報到。

執業十六年的邱新育說，很多學生只因喜歡動物就報考，但進來才發現一看到血與傷口就頭暈腿軟、看到排洩物就作嘔，撐過四年都很痛苦；要成為獸醫，畢業後也得通過國家證照考試及市場競爭考驗。

但看好寵物市場愈來愈夯，原本取得醫學博士的民進黨前立委林進興，四年前特地考進屏東科技大學獸醫系，最近並將他創辦的七層樓高綜合醫院改為動物醫院。但他強調，醫動物沒有比較輕鬆，純粹是喜歡動物才改當獸醫。今年六月即將從屏科大獸醫系畢業，七月參加獸醫師執照考試，目前動物醫院聘請多位獸醫師看診。

位於高市九如一路的林進興動物醫院一樓目前是診療區及美容區，其他樓層規畫提供寵物旅館服務。他坦言，動物醫院剛起步，收入比從前差很多，但有信心營收很快就能翻倍。

寵物即使被飼主自認為親如家人,在法律上的地位就是"物"

刑事上：
醫師努力醫,病人不滿意就可以告刑法（業務過失傷害/重傷害/致死）,可能被抓去土城關

獸醫努力醫,飼主不滿意,刑法只有毀損罪只罰故意,沒有過失毀損罪,不用抓去關

民事上：

車禍病人救回來,腦部還有車禍後的損傷,病人只要對醫療過程不滿意,告上法院,法官可能

判連帶負擔受傷者/肇事者/道路養護單位/路邊違規停車/警察/救護車的責任,要你(養他＋看護他到老+精神損失)=參千萬以上

寵物沒救回來,物之毀損,回復原狀為先,賠一隻同種寵物的價值就好

1 那是指香港當獸醫，在台灣當受雇獸醫真的不多錢
2 剛去很辛苦， 很多台灣去的台大畢業生都受不了而回台
3 糾紛很多，但小錢可解決
4 香港應該只承認台大獸醫，念興大獸醫應該無法在香港工作

結論是香港很重視專業
香港的人醫大醫生應該更好
問題是應該台灣沒醫生有辦法到香港當大醫生
