男子闖診所偷藥被發現 與警對峙

疑似患有精神疾病的44歲劉姓男子今天上午夥同張姓男子闖入竹東鎮一家精神科診所行竊，上午7點30分許被屋主、診所院長發現報案，劉情緒不穩，持鋸子與警方對峙，3名下公館派出所警員持防彈盾牌攻堅時，手指、大腿被割傷，警員黃志成朝地上開一槍赫阻他，劉持刀揚言要自殺，雙方對峙2個小時，派出所所長不斷安撫他情緒，他才態度軟化，警方將他強制送醫。

劉的同夥共犯逃離現場，竊走診所二千多塊現金、監視器主機，診所院長擔心安眠藥等管制藥品被竊，幸好在現場找到一大包竊嫌來不及帶走的藥品，數量清點後，確定沒有短少。

劉姓男子的母親聞訊趕到診所，她也束手無策，無奈地說「兒子生病，毒品害了他」。

警方正在製作筆錄，將以竊盜、殺人未遂、妨害公務等罪嫌將劉姓男子移送法辦。
