我感覺大醫院的~都很不耐煩

看完趕快看下一個..大概是看診人數太多

所以才不喜歡患者問問題.

反而是小診所..什麼問題都能問

醫生不會給人一種不耐煩的感覺.

制度與環境造成
(沒有真正的家庭醫師制度也沒有真正的轉診制度)

大醫院看大病
至少是第二線的處理
進入較專業的領域
說明較複雜費時
平常也未建立穩定的醫病關係
自然不多說

小診所則反之
平常有較穩定的醫病關係
也就是大部分像是家庭醫師
能掌握該說多少
反正就在社區
都是左鄰右舍
跑也跑不掉
能說的就盡量說嘞!

另外
小診所也是從大醫院訓練出來的
也就是說大部分不是醫師個人的問題
(當然也有醫師只適合在醫院或是只適合在基層診所的)
這樣說不知有解了惑嗎?
