南科男工程師血尿 幾近3成

許多在科學園區無塵室工作的科技新貴，因為工作得穿無塵衣，在穿脫費時的情況下，經常得憋尿，甚至不敢喝水，長久下來竟引發血尿及泌尿道結石，嚴重的話恐得洗腎，奇美醫院針對台南科學園區調查，男性維修工程師有血尿的情形，竟高達百分之廿七點一。


奇美醫院南科附設聯合診所主任黃建元說，在無塵室工作，很多工程師都三、四個小時沒上廁所，甚至連續超過十小時，加上每天喝水少於六百毫升、或經常憋尿的人，有近六成會引發這些疾病。


奇美調查台南科學園區男性工程師泌尿道結石的好發情形，發現有百分之五十四點二的男性維修工程師，進入無塵室工作會憋尿到工作結束，百分之六十四點六的人，每次工作喝水少於六百毫升，在職場小便少於一次的高達百分之五十六點三，顯示在無塵室工作者，怕上廁所都有儘量少喝水的習慣。


醫師說，進入無塵室工作，光是穿脫一次衣服，就要需費時十分鐘，會耽誤工作，長期下來工程師連喝水也不敢；有一位廿九歲和卅二歲工程師，長期連續工作十小時沒有上廁所，引發血尿和泌尿道結石的症狀，最近都到奇美醫院求診。


黃建元醫師調查南科男性工程師尿路結石盛行率，百分之廿七點一的男性維修工程師曾經有血尿情形，發生率有偏高現象，百分之九點三男性維修工程師曾經有泌尿道結石；他提醒這些維修工程師，每次憋尿時間不要超過三到四個小時，而且離開無塵室後要大量喝水，才能避免引發血尿及泌尿道結石，否則將來得洗腎、或危及生命，賺再多的錢也買不回健康。
