＜人球事件＞高縣衛局長 重批旗山醫院
〔記者王榮祥、黃佳琳、王昶閔／綜合報導〕署立旗山醫院把災區發燒學童當人球事件餘波盪漾！高縣衛生局長黃志中昨憤慨直言，旗山醫院是他任內，同級醫院裡遭衛生局開罰最多的一家，開罰內容與頻率「罄竹難書」，建議衛生署好好整頓。

黃志中更指，全國各署立醫院所謂署立醫院聯盟機制，在八八水災高縣旗山地區災情慘重時，不見該機制發揮效應，後來又爆發人球事件，至今未見衛生署積極處置，令人無法認同。

黃志中感慨，地方為災區防疫焦頭爛額，中央醫療機構卻讓人感覺態度消極，嚴重影響外界的觀感，也衝擊到整體防疫效率。

衛生署醫管會執行長黃焜璋表示，署立旗山醫院人員過去確實曾有一些缺失，但已改進，並沒有外傳那麼糟糕。

黃焜璋說，風災當時，醫院聯盟機制早就啟動，支援人員物資都已待命，接受高屏區緊急醫療應變中心的指揮調度，應該是溝通不良，引起誤會。

署立旗山醫院表示，八八水患時，院方忙救災，水患後又忙於防疫，以旗山醫院一家地區醫院而言，已盡最大努力，若確有疏失之處待改進，院方願虛心接受各界指教。
