竹筍湯、竹筍沙拉是很多人常吃的料理，不過竹筍牛奶冰沙很多人沒嚐過，創意料理非常對味。


　　當竹筍遇上牛奶，會有什麼樣的驚奇？竹筍和牛奶竟然這麼合！很多人特地上門就是為了這味，拿起竹筍冰沙一口接一口，因為這個不可思議的料理是老闆的獨門創意。


　　每當竹筍產季開始，老闆就會用當季最新鮮的綠竹筍，加上牛奶，不加一滴水打勻。依照客人口味添加果糖來調味，秘方老闆講來一點都不藏私。可是當初卻是花了好久的時間才研究出來。這麼大方分享，難道不怕秘方被學走，因為創意十足的老闆還有秘密武器。


　　一入喉酸甜的醋，當先行軍，嗆辣味才跟著出現，後勁十足！老闆說他還有一堆怪點子，要繼續研發下去，讓顧客挑戰味蕾極限！（記者吳青穎、黃翊真報導）
