最近租了間轉角的房子 準備要在家鄉開中醫診所

在跟親戚閒聊的時候 他交代我要注意高價租屋(好像是超過20100以上) 就必須扣繳10%的款 每年一月要申報 不然會被國稅局罰款

我實在是搞不太懂 為什麼租金給了房東 我還要繳10%的稅金 ?

還是是說法律規定 我要從租金先扣10% 然後給房東扣繳憑證跟扣完稅金的租金? (不要啊)

有點麻煩 不知道有沒有人可以教我 拜託
