提醒有幼童的家長注意了，消基會抽查市售21件零食發現，當中雖然全部「合法」添加色素跟防腐劑，不過，吃多了恐怕會引發幼兒過動；這份調查，是根據英國一份最新研究，尤其是黃色色素4號、5號跟紅色20號，只要混合防腐劑，就算被「非過動兒」吃下去，也會出現過動症狀。


記者：「你喜歡吃果汁棒嗎？你拿它K弟弟？」小朋友活力充沛，卻很難靜下來嗎？如果家裡的小孩，出現類似過動症狀，當心，他可能是吃下過多的色素防腐劑混合物，尤其是色彩鮮豔的果汁棒。家長：「(小朋友)經常就是喝果汁牛奶，還有沙士、可樂那些，他是有點過動，他本身有點過動。」

不只果汁棒，還有芭樂乾、芒果乾，這類五顏六色的加工蜜餞，都被消基會點名，是引發幼兒過動的元兇！根據英國最新研究發現，食用色素黃色4號、5號跟紅色40號，只要其中一種跟防腐劑混合，被幼童吞下肚，就算非過動兒也會出現過動症狀。

萬芳醫院小兒科醫師何文佑：「也有少部分小朋友，(學習力)稍微差一點，可是不是智能不足，他的功課就沒有辦法(跟上)，老師講課他就不聽。」雖然醫界還沒找到色素加防腐劑，引發幼童過動的機轉，但加工製品多吃無益，建議家長，給小朋友吃的還是天然的最好。
