請問各位前輩
目前自己是希望能往開業或受僱的方向發展
但很擔心醫師是深受國家政策影響的一個職業
有時候健保或公共衛生政策一個改變
各層級醫院和各科都會馬上受到很大的影響

想問未來基層醫師會有可能沒有生存空間嗎
一來診所越來越多
再來會不會政府為了希望醫師能留在醫院
而縮減基層院所的給付呢
小弟還有幾年才會拿到專科
不過現在很擔心這一點
因為如果真的這樣
那只能留在醫院了...

病患都去醫院 健保財務會頂不住的

而且又不是鄉鄉有台大
