像是吃淡菜, 魚蝦貝殼類, 內臟腸道不要吃...
因為最近常吃淡菜, 所以看到新聞也很擔心...
黑黑的部份就是腸胃, 挖掉不要吃..
肌肉的部份就比較安全了..
但目前好像沒有醫學報告說這些塑膠微粒對身體的危害有哪些..
平時用塑膠袋裝熱湯裝食物, 恐怕就已經吃進很多塑膠..

店家為了省錢
沒人用PP塑膠
都是用PE塑膠袋
然後呢
茶碗蒸和濃湯
是塑膠容器進蒸籠蒸

其實最常見食品在蒸熱過程中使用的塑膠容器

是布丁

不要以為布丁是冷藏食品

沒加熱過

可是做不成的

大廠牌商家使用的塑膠容器

還在大家眼皮下公審

最可怕的

還是早餐店和夜市中使用的裝熱湯的透明塑膠碗

和冰店使用的沒兩樣

但能耐冰

可以耐熱嗎

還有餐廳蒸魚蒸米糕時用的保鮮膜

反正上菜時保鮮膜已拿掉

顧客根本不知道加熱過程中用到保鮮膜

專家說
千萬不要把便當紙盒拿去微波~上面的塑膠COATING都會溶出
以前都覺得紙盒很安全~其實也是不安全
紙盒回收再利用~也是要把塑膠薄膜給剝離出來~也是很費工!

便當紙盒本來就不能微波, 紙盒上面好像也有寫..

還有美耐皿也不能微波, 雖然寫可耐100多度高溫但不能微波..

天天會吃到的米,蔬菜,水果,農藥殘留問題很嚴重.
有機認證未必可靠 .
只要不立刻致命,大家一天拖過一天.

TC 寫:便當紙盒本來就不能微波, 紙盒上面好像也有寫..
