6/17日我的帳唬被盜，被上架了4百多件商品，還被下標，

想向客服反應立即停用，可是遍尋不至客服電話，

先留言，再報警，

之後收到客服停權的回信，之後再一封居然是提醒要收交易費用？！

本以為是不是我的電腦不安全，

結果這個星期 ptt 上一堆人反應被盜，有的甚至已數年未用，

推論是該公司內部有安全漏洞。

有人直接至該公司辦公室反應，

結果是該公司人員兩手一攤，不提供任何協助，

這樣的帳號，我是不敢再用了。

請先預防性下架，下架後請馬上報警
報警主要是預防帳號被盜用後，將會產生的損失減至最低
您要舉證，警方會要求證明帳號是您的，所以準備申請時的身份資料 登入的IP位置(或是可以到警局用警局電腦開啟後照相也可)後續的填單動作警方會告知你如何寫
這些動作最好要做，否則如果有人因此匯錢給對方，沒收到貨品而提告，你絕對是第一個被傳訊的人(警方說的) 而且沒做這些動作 警方也說這類案件基本上對方有損失，損失權益的被害人就不會把你歸類為交易糾紛，會使用刑事詐欺報案處理居多

上個月我才陪我鄰居去報案，申請有3年沒用過半次跟登入的被盜露天帳號處理

當然多半你帳號幾天內會被鎖，不過基本的處裡一定要弄

多年前，我的露天帳號被盜用。
也是第一時間到警局備案(生平第一次到警局作筆錄)，
還到露天拍賣台北總公司取得身分證明。
結果沒多久就被台中警方電話聯絡，
我就把之前準備的報案資料及露天拍賣的身分證明傳真給他們，
或許，有太多類似的案件，及事證確鑿(我也是受害者)，
這件事情就這樣不了了之。(或許檢察官不起訴結案吧？)
