1. 腸套疊 盲腸炎 腸扭結 等腸阻塞症
2. 肺炎(沒錯 肺炎就只用腹痛表現)
3. 心肌炎 敗血症等 感染重症
4. DKA 或其他代謝方面的疾病

即使兒科專科醫師 遇上這些 都膽戰心驚了

非兒科的急診醫生 能不怕嗎 XD

就遇到1個10歲的小妹妹心肌炎
和R2的學長趕快把她送到加護病房
沒多久就走了
如果她還活著 現在應該28歲了

後來我學長走小兒CV 我也差點走小兒CV
後來是看心導管要穿鉛衣照一堆X光 就出來開業了

所以 怎能苛責非兒科的急診醫師呢?
