報導中"使用手術無影燈照血管"應是記者名詞謬誤，無影燈是手術台上方那個大燈，照血管通常是用貼近皮膚從下方投射的燈(蛇燈, 蛋燈)，但是在發燒中手腳冰涼周邊血管收縮，即使是用燈光照射也不一定看得到血管。加上每個人擅用的打針技術有個人差別，有的人習慣用肉眼看，有的人習慣用燈照，不會有人毫無把握就打，但是入針以後組織的鬆緊度，血管的彈性也都是很難預估的。有時候父母親不要在旁邊看對打針者和父母兩方來說壓力都小一點，要把她想成躲起來欺負你的小孩，那真是難度君子之腹了。

baby周邊靜脈很難找到。我們會會診麻醉科醫師用超音波導引
在baby頸部或鎖骨下置入中央靜脈導管，但有一定的機率會引發
