下次應該很難連任了

肯定影響更大

現在先用這種人力
長期來說
還是要培養正常的人力
加上科技的輔助

照護機器人 應該可以取代三四成的人力 只是可能是十年後

別鬧了 替代役做沒幾個月真的能夠達到照服員的品質?

錢少事多 不如當常備役 又不是傻子 動這種歪腦筋 衛服部真的有心發展長照?

甚至還找高中生來做長照志工

除了不專業以外 年輕人口也在減少中 這些可憐的年輕人又要負擔快破產的年金 又要負擔替代役長照服務 這有可能嗎？
