醫師遭控 掛名論文撈獎金專長乳房外科 發表肥胖代謝研究 「離譜」2010年01月07日蘋果日報
【周昭平╱高雄報導】高市衛生局為鼓勵巿立醫院醫師發表論文、提升醫院評鑑成績，醫師論文獲刊登即給獎；但高巿聯合醫院遭人質疑，醫師研究領域根本非其專長，如院長顏郁晉為乳房外科，去研究屏東地區中老年人肥胖與代謝症候群；副院長林盟喬根本無專科醫師執照，也發表腎細胞癌相關研究，分別獲六萬及八萬元獎金，連學者都說：「離譜！」

引發疑慮
據衛生局「高雄市市立醫院員工自行研究發展獎勵要點」，院內員工從事研究、發表論文都可申請獎補助金、最高十二萬元。但有市立醫院員工爆料，立醫研究成果赫見主題與個人專長無關，質疑是為獎金和評鑑才掛名。

醫喊冤「真的有研究」
其中，為乳房外科的巿立聯合醫院院長顏郁晉，二○○七年發表在《中華職業醫學雜誌》的「屏東地區中老年人肥胖指標與代謝症候群之相關探討」掛名第一作者；聯合醫院副院長林盟喬前年發表在國外《腎功能衰竭（Renal Failure）》期刊上的「肉瘤樣腎細胞癌：個案報導與文獻回顧」掛名通訊作者，但他根本沒有腎臟或泌尿科專科執照。
對此顏郁晉表示，自己同時擔任健康促進醫院協會理事，市立醫院肩負公共衛生職責，當院長帶頭做公衛很合理，掛名第一作者是因統整整篇論文。林盟喬則說，自己雖無專科執照、但有博士學位，他是通篇研究的指導作者，「是真的有去做，不是掛名而已！」

衛生局：將介入了解
高雄醫學大學醫學院內科學科教授余明隆說，第一作者通常是論文寫作者，而通訊作者則多是研究領導者，「以臨床醫學研究來說，通常是該科專家，缺乏專科就有點離譜！」顏郁晉說，院內同仁多發表論文對提高評鑑分數當然有幫助，但絕不會為醫院評鑑就隨便掛名，衝高論文發表數量。
高市衛生局醫政科市立醫院管理股長翁秀琴解釋，獎勵目的是鼓勵員工研究發展，預算來自市立醫院盈餘提撥，也授權各醫院成立專業委員會把關，若外界有疑慮，會介入了解。

真是奇怪的報導,從頭到尾沒有證據,如果已經發現有人捉刀或抄襲,趕快指出來.結果論文本身好像沒問題,只是乳房外科發表有關肥胖的論文,沒有專科醫師也發表論文.這未免也太過頭了吧.懂得做研究,跟專科有什麼關係.

- 小弟不巧就知道某"恩師" 該"恩師"在臨床所教過幾次課的就算是"學生", "學生"日後的paper不能不掛這位"恩師"的大名 "恩師"還會拿著歷年的通訊錄對Pubmed看看誰有paper沒掛"恩師"的大名 管他做的有多風馬牛不相干 管他"恩師"根本沒有直接指導或參與眾學生的研究 管他"學生"早就自立門戶當PI了
- 小弟曾吃飽太閒在PubMed追蹤這位"恩師"的"著作" 還真是洋洋灑灑 內外婦兒腫瘤生化分生全包 哇哩勒的厲害
