睡前跟另一半吵架 最易失眠

如何才能睡好覺？政大睡眠實驗室發現，睡覺前跟另一半吵架，或是處於擔心、焦慮的狀態之中，最容易導致失眠。另外，睡眠時間不規律，也可能導致睡眠障礙。


政治大學心理系副教授、睡眠研究室主任楊建銘是是全亞洲唯一獲得美國睡眠醫學學會「行為睡眠醫學」認證的學者，他的調查發現，睡覺之前，最好不要跟另一半吵架，否則一定會影響睡眠品質。睡前如果與另一半吵架，或是一直擔心自己會失業，或是找不到工作，最容易造成失眠。


如何讓自己睡個好覺？楊建銘建議，睡前不要跟枕邊人吵架，或是過於焦慮。每晚睡覺時間要規律。睡前不要吃太飽，或是太餓，也不能喝太多水。睡眠環境也很重要，包括光線太亮、聲音太吵，都會讓人睡不著。
