公園躺輪胎治骨刺 躺到兩腳癱

仰躺在拱狀輪胎上用力伸展腰椎，可以治骨刺？高雄長庚醫院最近接獲多起仰躺輪胎「拉腰」治骨刺，卻造成脊椎退化性病變病例，其中一名六十五歲婦人甚至嚴重到雙腳癱瘓無法走路。


這名婦人三個多月前坐著輪椅到長庚，「醫師啊，我兩腳麻木，沒法兒走路」。她說，每天到公園運動，聽人說躺在半立於地上的輪胎上做腰椎伸展動作，可以預防長骨刺；如果已經長了也可以治癒，「我天天努力做，怎麼做不到兩年，兩腳卻癱了？」


腦神經外科主任何治軍檢查發現，她因過度伸展腰椎，椎間盤韌帶被拉鬆，脊椎與脊椎間的關節囊韌帶也鬆脫，造成脊椎不穩定，致椎管狹窄，壓迫到管腔內神經，造成脊椎退化性病變，產生骨刺，進而出現疼痛麻木症狀，因情況惡化，兩腳癱瘓。


何治軍為病人做腰椎手術，要拿掉壓迫到脊椎的骨刺，竟發現患者因長期「伸展拉腰」，致椎間盤過度拉開，空隙太大，即使置入最大尺寸、厚達一點二公分的人工椎間盤，仍「塞不滿」。


最後只得用椎板取下來的骨頭填補，再加上鋼釘，並穿背架，如今婦人總算恢復正常走路。


何治軍表示，之前也接獲多起類似病例，都是「睡輪胎睡出毛病」，還有人疲累時感覺頸部緊痛，習慣用力甩脖子、拉頸椎，或睡覺落枕不舒服，脖子三百六十度用力地轉，「這些動作非常危險」。


一名退休公務員每天到公園做甩脖子運動，最後頸椎壓迫到脊椎，四肢癱瘓，家人緊急送長庚開刀治療。


還有一名病人車禍後常感到後頸部麻麻的，每天甩脖子想減輕疼痛，但造成頸椎退化性病變，疼痛加劇，到長庚檢查發現，頸椎韌帶鬆動，加速骨刺形成，第二至第五頸椎神經孔內全部被鈣化骨刺填滿。


何治軍提醒民眾，千萬不要誤以為睡輪胎伸展拉腰、甩脖子等動作有「健身、柔軟、復健」作用，事實上做不當的拉腰、扭腰、甩頸，都很危險，嚴重者會造成癱瘓。
