馬英九總統：健保財務上軌道 5年內不會有問題

馬英九總統18日表示，今年一月推動的二代健保改革，增加補充保費後，健保財務已上軌道，有了些盈餘，未來5年內，健保不會有問題。

馬總統出席天主教耕莘醫院45周年院慶活動致詞指出，我國在全世界58個國家中，醫療衛生基礎建設排名全球第六；CNN報導，醫療保險節目，我國與瑞士、英國同列3個最成功的國家，但醫療支出最低，也顯示醫護人員辛苦，待遇較低，這是需要改進的地方。

總統強調，「今年一月推動的二代健保改革，增加補充保費後，健保財務已上軌道，有了些盈餘，未來5年內，健保不會有問題，請大家放心」。

馬總統說，全民健保的民眾滿意度有8成；健保涵蓋率已達99.5%，美國只有85%，沒有我國先進，這也是我國照顧弱勢非常重要的一個政策。

總統指出，台灣由民間辦理的醫院，已經是醫療機構的主體，病床佔比在兩年前達46%，醫療服務量達56%，民間力量龐大，像耕莘這樣的醫院，扮演著極為重要的角色。
