涉勒索喊冤 控醫誣告不起訴

四海幫副堂主湯士漢妻子生產，和吳姓婦產科醫師起糾紛，涉嫌勒索「保證小孩健康費」一百萬元，遭警方以組織犯罪防制條例等罪送辦，還上新聞；湯認為吳向警察、媒體爆料，誣指他收錢，控告吳加重誹謗、誣告。檢方認為吳未報案而處分不起訴。

吳姓婦產科醫師前年初替湯妻接生，因胎兒臍帶繞頸，採剖腹產，嬰兒體溫過低，他建議將新生兒轉診大醫院；但湯事後卻要求「保證孩子一輩子健康」，向吳勒索六百萬。

警方查出，湯為勒索，派小弟到吳的診所外頭拉白布條抗議，也有幫眾故意在門前吃早餐，讓孕婦不敢就診；經討價還價，吳付了一百萬元的「保證小孩健康費」。去年一月，警方掃蕩暴力討債集團，湯與七名同夥遭逮送辦。

相關新聞引起網友關切，並在「醫聲論壇」網站轉載；一名署名「湯士漢」的網友則不斷澄清報導不實。「湯士漢」留言，夫妻倆才是受害者，胎兒曾在母親肚中窒息三分鐘，是否會對胎兒智力造成影響，得等到學齡前才知道。

湯士漢則否認收吳一百萬元，並認為是吳向警方亂講，害他被調查。但吳否認有對警察或媒體說過那些話。

檢方調查發現，警方移送卷宗，都沒有吳姓醫師的申告內容；吳既然沒報警，證明湯的推斷沒有根據。
