（中時健康╱楊欣菲報導）官辦醫美認證不受青睞，醫美診所自辦認證機構！衛生署積極推動醫美認證，但將其他科別的專業醫美醫師排除在外，還要求非皮膚科、非整形外科的醫師必須先補上課，才能申請認證，引起許多執業醫師反彈，以致公辦認證課程因報名人數太少而開不成。目前坊間一群醫美診所資深醫師自組訓練認證機構，希望引進國外先進醫美技術，建立醫美認證制度。
台灣形體美容整合外科醫學會籌備會發起人詹富盛醫師表示，國內不少資深醫師都是自掏腰包前往歐、美、日、韓等醫美科技先進國家接受專業訓練，技術獲得肯定，但官辦醫美認證以皮膚科、整型外科為主，將其他科出身、擁有豐富醫美資歷的醫師排除在外。
根據行政院衛生署醫事處在今年初公布的「美容醫學機構認證及執業人員相關管理辦法」顯示，非整形外科、皮膚科之專科醫師若要執行「光電治療」、「針劑注射治療」，需接受三十小時的相關訓練；而執行「美容手術」則限制須具備外科、皮膚科、眼科、耳鼻喉科、婦產科等之署定外科系專科證書，接受一百小時的課程後，才能核發教育證明。
光澤診所王朝輝醫師表示，衛生署的醫美認證制度，對其他科系出身卻早已在美容外科有所成就的醫師並不公平，以國內植髮手術耆老蕭遺生醫師為例，內科出身的他早年赴美進修植髮，目前早已是國際公認的植髮權威，然而按照官辦認證規定，蕭醫師根本拿不到美容外科認證。蕭醫師在美容醫學會會刊發表一篇社論，呼籲「美容技術是各科醫師共同研發的成果」，應該平等看待各科醫師的貢獻，不應專美皮膚或整形外科。
有鑑於此，一群非整形外科、非皮膚科，但在國外受過完整美容外科訓練的醫師，決定自辦具社會公信力的認證機構，透過定期舉辦美容手術教學研討會的形式，讓國內醫師有機會實際觀摩學習到國外先進的美容手術技巧，同時建立認證機制。首次研討會將以眼整形手術為主題，廣邀各科醫師共襄盛舉。
詹富盛醫師說明，2013年眼整形研討會特別邀請日本眼整形重建外科醫學會理事長柿崎（Kakizaki）教授來台進行專題講座，從基礎解剖學出發，深入到臨床手術上的應用，內容紮實，精采可期。會中同時也邀請了國內眼整形權威台大醫院廖述朗教授以及晶華診所徐典雄院長等美容外科實際經驗豐富的醫師與會演講，將複雜細微的眼整形手術化繁為簡向會員清楚介紹，可望踏出提昇國內眼整形水平的第一步。
