用途：靈感來自某網友說的開著網頁按 F5，基本上達到一個數量時會癱瘓對方伺服器
且防火牆對這種方式無法有效預防
對方解決方式唯有鎖台灣IP區段
開啓時會自動連上菲律賓政府相關網站，例如他們經濟部之類的

訴求目標：逼使菲律賓政府正式對台灣道歉，並賠償受害家屬

怎麼用？：你開啓這個網站時就算了

用 Google 瀏覽器開更佳，有 Mac 開 Safari

反正如果你覺得沒什麼用到網路，用獨立的視窗掛著也好

1) 聽網友說有些伺服器已經掛了，我用跳板去看的確有一兩台掛了

大家請放心，你放著也沒關係，因為防火牆也是嵌入式系統
他們遲早也要解鎖且防火牆負載也有限 也可能會爆

最後量大起來就是比誰頻寬而已

2) 有人推薦金融相關資源，但個人基於只是要訴求政府道歉
暫時不做這件事情，台灣有很多地方是有依賴到這些，包括地下金融

這有點風險。除非我能用假IP發動，要不然違法的事，被抓到是要坐牢罰款的。

聽說總統府 還鎖國外IP
真是名符其實的鴕鳥
