鳳林、玉里2醫院 納健保協助

二代健保今年實施，中央健保局東區業務組昨天表示，花蓮、台東地處偏遠，鳳林、玉里、關山有3家醫院納入增進偏遠地區醫療服務品質計畫，由健保局提供1年約2265萬元額外協助，並減免偏遠的富里、豐濱、長濱、太麻里、大武等5鄉部分負擔20％。

為加強宣導，健保局東區業務組本月27日上午在花蓮縣玉里鎮玉泉寺舉辦「你我正確就醫用藥，全民健保伴你到老」健走活動，並有義診、農特產品展售、有獎徵答等。

健保局東區業務組組長李少珍指出，全國健保支出1年約5500億元，花東地區1年應收健保費約92億元，去年支出約128億元，其中36億元的缺額由健保局撥補東區協助照顧弱勢族群。

針對安寧緩和醫療，李少珍說，目前東區有慈濟醫院、門諾醫院、台東聖醫院共35張安寧照護病床，提供安寧住院照護，這3家醫院也提供安寧居家照護，去年就有408人受到照顧；至於安寧共同照護，有慈濟醫院、門諾醫院、國軍花蓮總醫院、台東聖母醫院、馬偕醫院台東分院、署立台東醫院等6家醫院加入，去年共照護623人。

為提升偏鄉醫療，補充醫護人力，李少珍說，針對去年東部10家醫院增聘強化內、外、婦、兒科及急診，各給予700至1500萬元不等的補助，共增加專任醫師36人、支援醫師30人、每周增加90診次；台東聖母醫院也於本月起加入，增聘1名乳房外科醫師、2名放射師。
