復健科診所關門 南市議員轟社局

運作10年的台南市無障礙之家附設復健科診所，因復健師與治療師辭職，已歇業半年，致養護的30多名身障者得勞師動眾到他處復健，居民也無法就近看診，議員陳文科、蔡淑惠抨擊社會局無心經營，社會局表示徵詢多家醫院均無接手意願。

陳文科指出，無障礙之家復健科診所去年8月起因專業醫師辭職後，市府無法再請到醫師，連7名物理治療師也離職，已歇業半年，招牌卻仍掛著，不少民眾撲空。養護之家30多名身障者，現在得搭復康巴士到其他診所復健，舟車勞頓，引發民怨，要求社會局讓復健科診所恢復運作。

社會局長曹愛蘭解釋，徵詢多家醫院，皆無意願接手，且鄰近已有9家相關復健業務診所，因此有意將原復健科診所改為體適能中心。

蔡淑惠表示，復健科診所有存在必要，社會局必須想辦法克服困難復業。另針對殘障停車格從免費改為收費10元，她質疑說「市府有這麼缺錢嗎？」要求市府能改回免費機制。

另外，台南市復康巴士需求估計要200輛，至今僅有55輛，身障者和家屬每早搶撥預約電話得靠運氣，議員陳怡珍要求社會局擴編經費改善，並增加網路預約，以免讓預約搭車的問題成為身障者夢魘。

有固定30+位患者的復健科診所是不可能生存的

但是因為政治因素
所以才會產生這一的奇怪的狀況

如果這個30+位就要有專門診所
那我想很多的安養院與護理之家

都應該要請政府去成立公立門診中心

復健科不錯阿,我2個同學近2年開復健診所,都一個人看,一周晚診只看2天,周休2日
,生活品質好,診所全日開放,生意它們說尚可(不過我看都請7到8個人,應該還不錯),都復健師在做,聽說最近附近又要開一間復健診所

但中風由骨科開復健恐怕會被刪很慘... 以前在小醫院就試過了.

換個角度來看
政府出場地, 設備, 人事費, 醫師每個月還有保障收入, 政府只要訂一個優渥的業績獎勵金, 給負責醫師充分的營運主導權, 我想這個爛缺搞不好會變成人人爭搶的肥缺喔!
