哈薩克斯坦醫生診斷稱男孩懷孕被判賠償330美元

中新網2月16日電 據俄新網援引哈薩克斯坦KTK電視台報導，哈薩克斯坦西部地區阿克托別市一家急救醫院的醫生診斷稱一名15歲男孩“懷孕”，被哈薩克斯坦法院判醫生支付5萬堅戈(折合330美元)作為給男孩精神賠償。

　　這名叫拜贊﹒阿爾達舍夫的男孩在接受泌尿科和腎病科醫師檢查時，被鑑定“懷孕”。實際上，這幾名醫生是將男孩的化驗結果和另外一名女患者的結果弄錯了。結果醫生給男孩開了孕婦用藥。男孩家長稱，在治療之後孩子的身體狀況惡化。男孩家人向法院起訴索要1000萬堅戈(折合6.7萬美元)的賠償金。

　　報導說，阿克托別市法院審理了這一案件並做出裁決。法院判處醫生有罪，向男孩支付5萬堅戈賠償金。

　　男孩的一名委托人在接受采訪時說，“我們很可能將上訴，賠償5萬堅戈，數額小到很可笑”。

　　而被判有罪的醫生穆赫特﹒拜扎科夫不認為自己有罪，他聲稱，向男孩提供了一切必要的醫療服務。而男孩“懷孕”的診斷是電腦故障引起的。
