家庭醫師計畫 衛署：成效漸佳

（中央社記者龍瑞雲台北9日電）健保局今天公布家庭醫師計畫成效，參與率約23.8%，患者門診次數、急診率與住院率都降低，預防保健檢查率優於全國平均。
衛生署健保局主任秘書蔡淑鈴說，健保局自民國92年起推動「全民健康保險家庭醫師整合性照護計畫」，至101年基層診所參與率約23.8%，照護個案數約全國人口的11%，每年投入新台幣10億元經費。
蔡淑鈴說，國人門診就醫次數有72.4%集中在基層診所，健保局分析100年經醫療群照護收案對象的門診次數、急診率與住院率，分別較99年減少8.8%、7.5%及1.4%。
她說，在預防保健執行率也高於全國平均，如成人健檢執行率48.84%，全國平均為34.1%；子宮頸抹片檢查執行率31.4%、全國平均為27.4%；大腸癌篩檢率43.25%、全國平均為36.55%；老人流感疫苗注射率38.51%、全國平均為34.69%。
她說，家庭醫師就如好鄰居，為全家健康把關，建立以病人為中心，在社區醫療與在地健康模式下，提供民眾完整且永續性醫療照護，守護全家及全社區健康。
蔡淑鈴說，民眾選擇固定的家庭醫師，瞭解個人病史及身心狀況，提供最佳醫療，家庭醫師是最直接、最快速的健康守護者，若民眾直接到大醫院看診，除了等候時間長，問診時間短，醫師可能因為不了解病史而發生頭痛醫頭、腳痛醫腳的問題。
蔡淑鈴指出，家醫師計畫漸顯成效，有意願加入的民眾可透過健保局網站「家庭醫師整合性照護計畫專區」，查詢住家附近參與的診所醫師為家庭醫師；並希望擴大家醫計畫規模，希望有更多醫師參與，提供服務。1020109
