老翁每次發作就看診拿藥，家中的噴霧劑愈積愈多，後來去家訪的藥師幫他清走一整箱約七、八十瓶的過期支氣管擴張劑，以每支三百元計算，老翁過期丟掉的噴霧劑藥費就達二萬四千元。

看法: 藥品取得過於容易，又無足夠部分負擔遏止浪費，加上某些民眾覺得看醫師不拿藥等同沒看診，要求退掛，導致醫師不得不開藥的結果。
