曹興誠 籲揭發不良法官、檢察官

〔記者謝文華／台北報導〕中華人權協會昨成立「司法官個案評鑑申訴中心」，供民眾揭發不良法官及檢察官。捐錢贊助的聯電榮譽董事長曹興誠重話抨擊，希望有助於提醒司法高層「知恥知病」。

他直言，台灣最高法官人數比例是日本的37倍，唯一的工作就是撤銷高院判決；高院也常輕率撤銷地院判決，台灣司法判決如同兒戲。協會理事長蘇友辰強調，將優先受理涉及「貪污腐化」、「洩露職務機密」、「言語羞辱或歧視當事人」、「怠惰遲延承辦案件」等申訴，且不收取費用。
