擅提供健保資料 健保局被控侵權

灣人權促進會與督保盟等民間團體,今天上午舉行記者會,痛批健保局從1998年起,釋出健保資料給學術界,侵犯民眾的隱私,多年來向健保局反映,但至今沒改善,因此,民間團體今天將寄出存證信函給健保局.

督保盟,台灣女人連線以及愛滋感染者權益促進會一起喊口號,表達心中的憤怒,民間團體上午指出,健保局從1998年起每年釋出身分欄加密的國人健保資料給國衛院的全民健康保險研究資料庫,而國衛院又再提供給學術單位和非學術單位作申請使用,多年來已發表1000多篇論文,但民眾的隱私卻早遭侵犯.

督保盟表示,多年來向健保局反映,至今仍然沒有改善,因此,正式寄出存證信函給健保局,要求健保局不得將健保資料提供給其他的單位任意使用。

針對民間團體的質疑,健保局中午回應,在個資法的規範下提供給國衛院使用,並沒有販售行為,而且資料事先經過加密處理,不會有資料外洩的情況.
