中國富士康優秀員工本月22日抵台旅遊，《中央社》報導，昨天結束南部行程後北上，鴻海董事長郭台銘在鴻海頂埔廠設宴款待員工。郭台銘致詞時表示，雖然大家質疑鴻海是血汗工廠，但他認為「血汗工廠有什麼不好？」

郭台銘說，「我們流血流汗，只要我們符合法令，相信一分耕耘一分收穫」。郭台銘說，這次來的富士康員工是100多萬員工中選出，他們來台，代表兩岸和平共處與經濟發展。郭台銘還說，未來子子孫孫賴以繁榮的經濟，都出自富士康員工的汗水，以及血液中流的共同信念。

致詞中，郭台銘向富士康員工說，「感謝你們到台灣來」、「我們歡迎你們。」

鴻海 (2317) 今天晚間公布首季非合併財報，首季營收7899.42億元季減率14.1%，年增率為42.5%，為歷史次高紀錄，但首季營利率滑落至2.07%，低於去年同期2.85%，稅前盈餘163.14億元，稅後盈餘149.23億元，季減率57.3%，年增率為3.6%，每股稅後盈餘1.4元，前一季為3.29元，略優於去年同期1.36元。不論是營利率、每股稅後盈餘，都明顯低於外資預期。

外資原本預估鴻海首季受到大陸員工薪資調漲，加上首季New iPad初期，良率也有影響，首季營利率將滑落至2.3%左右，但今天晚間鴻海公布的首季財報，營利率滑落至2.07%，低於外資預期。而外資預估鴻海首季每股稅後盈餘約在1.8-2.2元間，而鴻海首季每股稅後盈餘僅1.4元，與外資預估數字也出現明顯落差。

其中由於富士康國際發布獲利預警，富士康國際虧損也使得鴻海首季認列的投資收益「縮水」，由去年同期87.49億元，滑落至80.67億元，差距達6.82億元，也是影響鴻海首季獲利的因素之一。

鴻海首季非合併毛利率為4.02%，較去年第4季下滑0.24個百分點，也低於去年同期4.52%水準，在費用率方面，鴻海成本控管仍相當嚴格，首季費用率為3.12%，低於去年同期的3.46%。

鴻海本周五的股價表現，受到富士康控股發布上半年獲利預警，上半年虧損恐擴大影響，不僅富士康國際周五重挫15.8%，外資也在台股開賣鴻海，周五單日就賣超鴻海1.7萬張，讓鴻海股價重挫4.5%，以99.3元作收，失守百元關卡。

富士康連爆2起罷工

鴻海集團旗下富士康生產線員工對工作環境不滿的抱怨聲浪，同步在大陸武漢廠及新製造地巴西廠響起，一是起因於工作調派，另一個則是為了爭取更好的工作環境，對此鴻海昨日表示，兩案都已在協調處理中，鴻海會按內部規範，儘速加以解決。
富士康再傳罷工事件且連續兩起，其中一起發生在生產iPhone及微軟Xbox遊戲零件的湖北武漢廠區中，一百多名工人因為不滿薪酬待遇，前日在廠房樓頂聚集，揚言要跳樓自殺，還驚動了公安和消防到場戒備。
據外電報導，罷工的工人屬於沖壓廠，是去年剛從深圳搬遷到武漢，部門在最近被合併，連帶加班時間也遭到調整。員工因不滿加班天數減少，令總體收入縮水，在多次向廠方反映沒有結果後，最後決定罷工。
為壯大聲勢，廠區的其他部門工人還在微博發布圖片，證實上班時間的沖壓廠內空無一人，工人紛紛站在樓頂鐵絲網旁邊，場面壯觀。該工人透露，事發後廠區被嚴密封鎖，所有人被要求不得到現場「圍觀」，公安和消防也到場戒備。事件僵持十多個小時後，罷工工人在前日晚上已陸續離開頂樓。
另一起則是發生在巴西新廠，巴西網站《Tech Guru》引述當地工會消息報導，富士康Jundiai廠員工23日開會列出對工作環境不滿的項目，包括交通車過於擁擠、員工餐廳的食物品質太差，而且廠區缺乏飲用水，與會員工還限定富士康必須在10天之內改善，否則將在5月3日之後發起罷工行動。
員工代表聲稱，勞方的施壓似已奏效，富士康已著手改善問題，罷工可能不會發生。不過，屆時巴西廠員工還會在期限日內重啟會議，評斷改善程度是否令人滿意。
