「鑰匙」掉了打119 變「要死」掉了
自由時報 – 2011年11月14日 上午4:27〔自由時報記者李容萍／桃園報導〕民眾打119報案時，千萬不可慌張，以免消防弟兄會錯意。

桃園縣觀音鄉新坡消防分隊接獲民眾焦急報案說「鑰匙」掉了，卻被誤會成「要死」掉了，緊急出動救護車前往，才發現虛驚一場，是「鑰匙」掉了，而非「要死」掉了，哭笑不得卻只能好人做到底，協助報案民眾把掉入排水溝的車鑰匙撿起來。

當時下著雨，且視線昏暗，消防隊員黃文進、林岳辰檢視水溝蓋狀況後，使用簡易的撬棒撬開水溝蓋，順利取出鑰匙，報案民眾連忙道歉及道謝。

雖然常有人以「鑰匙」掉了和「要死」掉了來開玩笑，新坡消防隊提醒民眾報案時，說清楚報案的人、事、時、地等內容，以利勤指中心快速派遣出勤。不然，容易因為派錯車輛造成不可挽回的重大錯誤，也浪費不必要的人力及時間。
