甩台灣抵國債？ 遭批愚蠢瘋狂

（中央社記者廖漢原華盛頓12日專電）「紐約時報」專欄昨天刊登一篇「甩台灣、救經濟」的文章，引起美國議論紛紛，有學者認為是愚蠢的想法，也有輿論認為這根本是個笑話。

曾任職陸戰隊並在伊拉克服役的克恩（PaulV.Kane）在「紐約時報」撰文呼籲歐巴馬總統和中國大陸協商，用停止對台軍售來換取勾銷中國持有的所有美國公債，挽救美國經濟。

大西洋月刊（TheAtlantic）全國特派員法洛士（JamesFallows）認為，「把台灣賣給北京的銀行，紐約時報專欄在搞笑嗎？」

法洛士說，見到文章初步的反應是「這不是玩真的。」

經濟學者拿中國持有美國國債的實際現狀分析，如果大陸豪爽同意美國欠債免還，中國銀行體系將宣告破產。

北京清華大學經濟管理學系副教授程致宇（PatrickChovanec）在財經內幕雜誌網站分析，大陸人民銀行持有3.2兆美元的外匯存底，龐大金額並非擺在保險箱裡，而是以人民幣形式流通於經濟體系，這些以美國國債為資產所印的鈔票，如果突然消失，人民銀行便可宣告破產，人行垮台，中國金融體系也完了。

程致宇指出，建議現在不可行，未來也行不通。

財經內幕雜誌編輯魏森索爾（JoeWeisenthal）則說，這是解決美國債務最糟糕的建議，有些人大概被債務給逼瘋了。1001112
