台商胡其揚在大陸遭人斷掌事件，陷入各說各話羅生門。大陸海協會昨晚再度向海基會表示，四日胡完成手術後，胡並未對斷掌提出處理要求，當地公安機關為便於判斷傷口和分析作案方式，「在徵求醫師和胡本人同意並簽字後」，將斷掌暫時留存。

至於胡其揚指控他的斷掌被福建莆田公安扣留，莆田市公安局發言人陳朝輝昨天表示「沒這回事」。陳朝輝並反問，「扣斷掌有什麼用？」

陳朝輝說，莆田涵江區公安分局接到胡報案後，第一時間派員趕到現場調查，並對周遭居民、店家展開大範圍的訪查。莆田十分重視此案，副市長、市公安局長都指示要大力維護台胞權益，調查工作已積極展開。

他說，辦案人員已多次到現場調查，也對胡其揚的損傷程度做法醫鑑定，最終治療的武警八七一○部隊醫院都有診斷書和手術紀錄。同時也沒有外界所說「公安要求做完筆錄後，才能到醫院就醫」的情形。胡報案後，隨即就醫處理。

據福建消息人士說，胡其揚到醫院求診時，手掌傷勢嚴重，但沒被砍斷，還是連著的，認為縫合問題不大，要為他緊急手術縫合，但胡不願意。

海協會指莆田市公安局四日接獲胡其揚大陸配偶龔紅芳報案稱，胡在涵江區江口鎮被人搶劫，且手腕被刀砍傷；當地派出所立即趕到現場，將胡轉至武警八七一○醫院治療，並安排警察到醫院了解情況、製作筆錄。

當晚，院方向胡出具「診斷證明書」，診斷結果顯示「左腕掌部毀損傷」、「左腕部以遠肢體血供障礙」；院方「手術紀錄」並顯示，手術進行中院方再次向患者交代病情，胡仍要求行截肢術。

海基會副秘書長馬紹章昨天指出，海基會五日接到胡其揚女兒胡怡玲來電，要求派人陪同前往福建莆田探視受傷親人，但因人力不足，因此告知胡怡玲赴陸相關的處理及報案程序，並非不願協助。

馬紹章表示，胡怡玲電話中並未告知胡其揚手掌被人砍斷，如果當時就有因斷掌被扣押無法接回情事，當事人應該是急得跳腳，但海基會未得到這樣的請求。他不解，當初未提出要求，為何回台後又指控海基會沒提供協助？
