愛吃薯條女童易患乳腺癌

美國一項最新研究顯示，女性在兒童時期常吃炸薯條，可能會增加其成年后患乳腺癌的風險，這一發現為吃薯條有害健康的觀點提供了最新證據。

　　據８月號的美國《國際癌癥雜志》報道，哈佛大學研究人員以５８２名女性乳腺癌患者和１５６９名健康女性為研究對象，對她們的飲食習慣進行了問卷調查，并讓她們的母親回憶調查對象在幼年時期的飲食習慣。結果發現，在幼兒時期常吃炸薯條的女性，成年后患乳腺癌的風險較高，女性在３至５歲時每星期多吃一份炸薯條，成年后患乳腺癌的風險就會增加２７％。

　　這項研究的負責人、哈佛大學醫學院的卡琳·米歇爾斯說，很多科學研究發現，幼年時期的飲食習慣會影響女性成年后的健康狀況。這項研究說明，乳腺癌可能源于女性的生命早期階段，在幼年時期養成健康的飲食習慣對降低成年后乳腺癌發病風險有重要意義。

　　米歇爾斯也表示，研究人員還應謹慎對待此次的調查數據，因為吃薯條和乳腺癌的關系是建立在調查對象母親的回憶基礎上的。從心理角度講，了解女兒乳腺癌病情的母親，可能在回憶方法和方向上與健康調查對象的母親不同。

　　根據世界衛生組織國際癌癥研究中心的統計數據，在各種癌癥中，乳腺癌在全世界的發病率位居第二，僅次于肺癌，每年新增患者約１００萬人。科學研究顯示，高脂肪飲食會增加女性罹患乳腺癌的風險。
