有的人分明不是感冒，但是鼻子兩側卻經常紅通通，甚至臉上皮膚也跟著泛油變粗糙，如果工作壓力大、過度勞累，皮膚症狀會惡化，例如出現紅疹、脫屑，也容易有頭皮屑或搔癢的症狀。其實，這一些都是罹患脂漏性皮膚炎 （seborrheic dermatitis）的典型症狀。脂漏性皮膚炎好發於富含皮脂腺區域，包括臉部、鼻子兩側、眉毛、耳後、嘴唇周圍皮膚部位，甚至是頸部、胸口也有可能出現。

脂漏性皮膚炎是一種慢性容易復發的皮膚炎，發生原因不明，大致與體質有關，也可能來自遺傳，主要好發年齡為30至70歲的成年人與老年人，但是一歲以下的嬰幼兒也有可能罹患。中國醫藥大學皮膚學科副教授吳孟澤醫師表示，臨床上發現患者中男性多於女性，另外，部份愛滋病患者因為免疫功能失調，也可能是好發族群之一，此外神經系統疾病如帕金森氏症患者也較易併發脂漏性皮膚炎。

治療脂漏性皮膚炎的方法，成人與小孩約略有所不同。成人罹患脂漏性皮膚炎的治療方式，醫師可能會先讓患者使用外用類固醇藥膏，但是長期使用可能會有副作用，所以必需遵照醫師指示使用，才比較沒有問題。如果擔心類固醇的副作用，目前也有一些非類固醇的藥物可供選擇，例如克多可那挫（Ketoconazole）等 imidazole類的抗黴菌劑，可能對於引起脂漏性皮膚炎與頭皮屑的皮屑芽胞菌具有抑制效果。此外，其它非類固醇類外用藥物還有例如煤焦油（Coal Tar）以及甲硝唑（Metronidazole）等也有抗發炎作用，可用於臉部與頭皮部位治療。至於嬰幼兒的脂漏性皮膚炎常為自限性，選擇較溫和的治療方式即可近幾年特定局部皮膚免疫調節製劑之應用範圍日趨廣泛，也可用於治療脂漏性皮膚炎，其中代表包括他克莫司（tacrolimus） 與 pimecrolimus 等藥物，吳孟澤醫師表示，這類藥物可以選擇性的抑制免疫與發炎反應，常可以達到類固醇的療效，避免類固醇的副作用。除了剛使用時常有些許灼熱感之外，長期使用較無副作用。

透過有效的預防方法，可以降低脂漏性皮膚炎發作的次數與嚴重程度；萬一發作時，輔以適當的治療，雖然無法根治，但是也可以減緩症狀與該其和平共存，平時預防包括避免太油膩與辛辣食物，並且要避免喝酒，儘量去除壓力、避免熬夜，以及維持充足的睡眠與作息，並保持固定的運動。

Tacrolimus (他克莫司) 能抑制免疫系統淋巴細胞反應，可作肝、腎、小腸、骨髓等移植的抗排斥藥。用於皮膚時，其作用跟傳統的類固醇相似。

常見副作用：

高血糖、高血壓、肌肉酸痛、瘙癢、胃腸道不適、急性溶血性貧血、腎毒性、容易受感染等。

懷孕期安全性分級： C
